Priority Purchase of New Arrivals
VIP members receive priority to purchase new arrivals within 24 hours of notification. Opportunity is on a first-come, first-served basis, with access determined by availability. Notifications will be sent via email or VIP Advantage App. Liqui Moly South Africa may restrict access.

Access to VIP exclusive areas at selected events is granted on a first-come, first-served basis, subject to event capacity. Members will receive notifications for eligible events. Liqui Moly South Africa retains the right to regulate access and may limit availability.

Additional incentive points are awarded based on purchases according to the member’s tier. Points are calculated on total purchases and may be adjusted by Liqui Moly South Africa. This duplication applies only to purchase points, not to bonus or any other free points. Level upgrades are evaluated on normal purchase points before they are increased. For example, if a member has 15,000 purchase points, they are on Gold, giving them reward claim benefits for 22,500 points (1.5x), but they will still be on 15,000 purchase points and need another actual 5,000 purchase points to reach Platinum.
Invites to Liqui Moly Launch and Kick Off Events
Platinum and Diamond members receive exclusive invitations to Liqui Moly launch and kick off events on a first-come, first-served basis. Invitations will be sent via email or the VIP Advantage App. Liqui Moly South Africa reserves the right to manage invitations and access.
Dedicated Liqui Moly VIP Contact Email and Number
All VIP members have access to a dedicated email and phone number for personalized support. Liqui Moly South Africa reserves the right to modify or discontinue this service.
Liqui Moly VIP Welcome Pack
VIP members receive a welcome pack once fully qualified with all 3 required levels and app screen update. Members need to claim their welcome pack through their unique log in on the online store. Welcome Pack is issued only once, when the VIP level is achieved.
